PURPOSE:To obtain a given steering force even when load is changed, by controlling the flow rate of oil in response to the number of the load change required in every a given time. CONSTITUTION:Load state is judged in every a subtle time, and average load and the number of load change in every a given time is require by monitoring the load state through a sufficiently long given time. The control of steering force is carried out by increasing the flow rate of oil when the number of load change is small and reducing the flow rate of oil when the number of load change is large. Therefore, the steering force does not change even when the state of a road surface is changed.
