PURPOSE:To produce resin magnet with excellent magnetic characteristics by means of extruding resin magnetic material even at the cooled down temperature under the least influence of the antimagnetic field of the resin magnetic material itself by a method wherein channels feeding magnetic poles for magnetic orientation and inside of a mold with lubricant are provided on the mold for extrusion. CONSTITUTION:The pressure and temperature of resin at the peripheral part of resin magnetic material 23 extruded from an extruding machine into magnetic field orientating part through a cross head 16 are equivalent to or more than those at the position of lubricant feeding channels 20. The resin magnetic material 23 fed with lubricant 15 (e.g. silicon oil etc.) to reduce the frictional coefficient with the inside of a mold 17 is later directed to the magnetic field at the magnetism generating region to be extruded after being cooled down to the resin temperature under the least influence of the antimagnetic field of the resin magnetic material itself by means of cooling water tubes 21.
