PURPOSE:To improve transfer performance, etc. by forming a transfer layer contg. cellulose ester and a specified plasticizer also having an antistatic action on the surface of a plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A transfer layer formed on at least one side of a transparent plastic film is composed essentially of cellulose ester, a high-boiling solvent, except org. phosphates, having >=200 deg.C b.p. at a pressure of <=760mmHg, and at least one of org. phosphates represented by formulae (1), (2), and (3) in which R is 8-30C alkyl or alkylphenyl having such C alkyl, and n is an integer of 1-10 expressing the number of moles of added ethylene oxide. Cellulose esters are easy to curl by change of temp. and humidity, and it cannot attain low surface resistance, but it can be improved by combining it with said phosphate and said high-boiling solvent, thus enhancing transfer and fixing performances. |
