PURPOSE:To attain monitor at an optional time point and to improve the reliability of a signal monitor system by transmitting a bit showing the validity or invalidity of a code type signal from the transmission side by means of a continuous type bit and detecting the validity at the reception side by means of the continuous coincidence logic of bit. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber's private device 1 is stored to a communication network 6 via a subscriber line 5, and a communication line 2 for information channel is set independently of a communication line 3 for control signal channel for transfer of information. In this case, the code type signal bit is transmitted from the transmission side via the line 3 to perform the control of the device at the reception side and the state display of the device at the transmission side together with the bit showing the validity or invalidity of a code type signal by the continuation of ''0'' or ''1''. Then the validity is detected by the continuous coincidence logic of the bit at the reception side, and the code type signal is fetched to a receiver. This secures the monitor of the code type signal at an optional time point and then improves the reliability of a signal monitor system.
