PURPOSE:To monitor the vibrations in all regions of number of rotation, by performing shaft eccentricity measurement and shaft vibration measurement by using a number of rotation sensor, patterning the number of rotation and the shaft displacement, and performing the measurement. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 1 is rotated, a gear 2 is rotated accordingly. A number of rotation sensor 3 detects the protruded parts and the recess parts of the gear 2. A number of rotation detector 15 outputs a speed signal. The protruded parts and the recess parts of the gear 2 are detected by the number of rotation sensor 3 as a shaft displacement signal. When the shaft displacement signal from a vibration detector 16 becomes lower than the output of an eccentricity setting device 19, the completion of the turning is detected. Meanwhile, the parameter signals of the number of rotation and the vibration eccentricity level, which are set by a speed-vibration level pattern setting device 17, the number of rotation signal, and the shaft displacement signals are compared and operated by a speed-vibration level operator 18. The deviation signal is compared with the output of a vibration-level-warning setting device 24 by a vibration level comparator 25. When the deviation signal becomes larger, a warning device 26 is actuated. |
