The invention relates to a dental care composition which consists of extremely fine-particle tooth cleaning agents or contains such. Tooth powder packed in sachets and toothpaste packed in tubes have the disadvantage that they must be carefully packed when travelling in order to avoid items also present in the luggage being soiled if the packet is damaged during the journey. The invention has the object of eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages. The invention proposes a tooth cleaning composition which is designed as tablet which contains these extremely fine-particle tooth cleaning agents in random distribution. The invention furthermore proposes containers in the form of tubes and in the form of a toothbrush provided with cavities to receive the tablets.
