PURPOSE:To relieve a convey-out work of earth produced as a result of excavation of a pile pit and to increase a bearing stress, by a method wherein a pile hole 3 is excavated right below a foundation, and blocks are pressed through the working of a jack mounted to the under surface of a foundation. CONSTITUTION:A pile hole 3 is excavated in earth 2 right below a foundaction 1. A jack A is mounted to the under surface of the foundation, with the jack A driven, the driving force of the jack A is exerted on a pad plate 4, and pile blocks 5 are pressed in toward the interior of a ground. After the four pile blocks at an uppermost stage are pressed down by the full height of the block, the pad plate 4 is lifted up once, 4 other pile blocks 5 are juxtaposed on the four pile blocks 5 on the uppermost stage, and with the jack A driven again, the blocks 5 are pressed. The aboves are repeated, the jack A is lastly removed from the foundation, and the blocks 5 are buried in a part where the jack A existed. This increases the bottom area of the pile blocks 5, resulting in an increase in a bearing stress. |
