PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of criterion data from outside by constructing a measurement controller and a criteron data setter as separate units while being equipped with a data transmitting/receiving section for transmitting and receiving criterion data respectively. CONSTITUTION:A measurement control data indicating measured values of an object to be measured is analyzed based on the criterion data to judge the propriety of the measured values and then, the results of the judgment are displayed on a measurement controller 30. According to a setting command, various criterion data are set with a criterion data setter 32. The equipments 30 and 32 are constructed as separate units and are connected through a connector 34, a cable 36 and a connector 38 composing a data transmitting/receiving section. |
