发明名称 IMMUNOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT METHOD OF FDP
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the fibrin/fibrinogen degradation product (FDP) in a bio- sample with high sensitivity by bringing the FDP which is sensitized into insoluble carrier particles as well as an FDP antibody and the bio-sample into mixed reaction then irradiating a specific laser beam thereto and detectig the intensity of the scattered light. CONSTITUTION:An FDP-contg. buffer soln. is reacted with polystyrene latex, etc. and the FDP, sensitized insoluble carrier particles are centrifugally separated. The reagent prepd. by dispersing the sensitized particles in the buffer soln. as well as a fixed amt. of the dilute soln. of the anti-FDP (goat) serum and a bio-sample (serum) are reacted in a reaction cuvette 2. Laser light of 0.8mu wavelength is irradiated from a light source 1 to the cuvette 2 and the intensity of the scattering light of the reactive mixture 4 is measured with a detector 3 at scattering angle theta=30-60 deg.. The measured value is converted to the concn. in the sample by the calibration curve determined preliminarily with the known concn. of FDP. The quick measurement is thus made possible with high sensitivity and high accuracy and the method is used for diagnosing the treating the thrombosis, etc.
