PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a leading end position and to simplify fitting by adopting a sticking type piezoelectric driving element having a circular opening on its center as a driving element of heads and fixing only a metallic plate part on the inner peripheral part of the driving element like a circle. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric magnetic thin plates 1a, 1b are provided with electrodes at their main surfaces and circular openings at the center part, shaped like trapezoids and polarized in the thickness direction respectively. The polarized directions are uniformed. The piezoelectric magnetic thin plates 1a, 1b are stuck to both the sides of a thin metallic plate 2 so that the centers of both the circular openings coincide with each other to constitute the sticking type piezoelectric driving element 3. When voltage is impressed from lead wires 4a, 4b or 4a, 4c, the driving element 3 is displaced at its leading end of the trapezoidal part. The arrow in the figure shows the displacement direction of the trapezoidal part of the thin metallic plate 2 at the impression of voltage and magnetic heads 5a, 5b can be driven independently. |
