PURPOSE:To perform the test equivalent to a navigational experiment of a decca receiver by calculating the length between a reception point and a transmission station in accordance with set course and speed of a ship and setting phase shift of a decca signal, a signal output level, and a noise signal level. CONSTITUTION:The signal from a source oscillator 1 is inputted to a synthesizer 2 to generate a decca signal 6f (master station), 5f, 8f, and 9f (slave station), and they are inputted to 6f waveform converters 16-19 through variable phase shifters 12-15. The operator of a signal generator inputs preliminarily information W of the position of the transmission station, the course of the ship, and the speed of the ship to a distance signal generating part 25. The generating part 25 calculates the distance between the reception point and the transmission station and supplies the distance signal to a phase calculating part 27, a field intensity setting circuit 26, and a noise signal generating circuit 24. Then, the phase angle to be shifted, the field intensity, and the noise quantity are obtained, and prescribed values are set to shifters 12-15, variable attenuating circuits 20-23, and the generator 24. |
