PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a winding deviation as well as to unnecessitate a winding supporting structure on the titled transformer by a method wherein an insulating sheet is wound around the end part of a metal sheet in such a manner that it will be partially made longer than the length of a protruded part. CONSTITUTION:The insulating sheet 3, to be attached to a set back part, having partially different length, is used in such a manner that it is constituted using an insulating sheet 3' which is longer than the length of a set back part. In order to accomplish above-mentioned constitution, only the insulating sheet to be attached to the set-back part is used by changing its length, and the metal sheet 2 and the insulating sheet 1 with which a winding turn will be constituted can be used uniformly from the starting to the ending of winding. As a result, the generation of a winding deviation can be prevented, the winding which is constituted in excellent workability can be formed in one body, and the entire structure structure can be fixed close to regidity, thereby enabling to unnecessitate the winding supporting structure. |
