PURPOSE:To obtain a zinc negative pole which has a large application factor and can be manufactured easily by protrusion by using a honeycomb zinc material having many holes apertured in both sides opposing to the positive pole made of active carbon. CONSTITUTION:The honeycomb zinc negative poles 3, 3 are arranged in both sides of positive pole 2 formed like a block made of active carbon provided with water-proof processing in such a manner that the hole 4 becomes perpendicular to the reaction surface of positive pole 2. The zinc negative pole 3 has, for example, a square hole 4 and the rear side there of is provided with a net 5, casted in the casting process, which is formed by the copper lead in such a diameter as thinner than the thickness of honeycomb zinc and is in the same shape as the solid part of honeycomb. In the case of protruded molding, a constant thickness can be obtained by cutting and a revet which is internally contact with such a hole is pushed to the holes of net at the rear surface for fixing. A collector plate 11 is attached to such net 5 by soldering, etc. |
