PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a toner image to a printing plate surface from being varied with time, by a method wherein a layer of a silicone adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to a base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into close contact with a polymer having a polar group or the like, and is heated to a temperture of not lower than 50 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A layer of a silicon repellent to an ink and adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to the base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into a polymer having a polar group or a metallic surface, and is heated to a temperature of not lower than 50 deg.C to produce a waterless planographic printing plate material. The polymer having the polar group may be a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyamide or the like, and the metal is preferably iron, copper, aluminum or the like in view of practicability. As the method for bringing the surface of the plate material into close contact with the polymer or the metallic surface, e.g., a method of laminating a film or a roll contact method is used preferably and easily. |
