PURPOSE:To make a film possible to be reclaimed and to improve the explosion- proof stability, etc. in a coating step, by laminating, on a polyester film that has been prepared by polymerization using a specified catalyst, a coating agent that contains inorganic particles and a specified polyester copolymer dispersed together with a water-soluble organic compound in water. CONSTITUTION:Using as a main catalyst germanium, and a mold that is substantially free from any external lubricant and is cooled by a refrigerant having a temperature of 10+ or -1 deg.C, injection molding effected, and a polyester having a thickness of 4mm. and a haze not less than 20% is melt and extruded into an unstretched film. Onto at least one on the surfaces of the film is applied a dispersion containing a water-insoluble polyester copolymer (A) the secondary transition point of the specific constituent of which is 50 deg.C or more, a water- soluble organic compound (B) having a boiling point of 60-200 deg.C, water (C) and inorganic particles (D) in a ratio of A/B=100/20-500, B/C=100/50-1,000, and A/D=10,000/5-300. This coated film is at least once stretched monoaxially to obtain a transparent and lubricative film. |
