<p>PURPOSE:To make easily a prescribed file tray selectable by everyone, decrease time and labour and to improve safety by installing a counter display, driving monitor circuit, etc., in the file box. CONSTITUTION:A public office, etc., ordinarily first receive the application sheet by means of a designated sheet and inputs described reference codes (ward, town, name, etc.) with the counter display 6. Next, when a shelf 2 automatically rotates and the prescribed shelf is located near a counter 4, a lamp 5 corresponding to the prescribed tray lights up, the shelf number and tray number are displayed and the file can be taken out. At the reception at the time of the peak, the reserved operation can be executed, and the permutation is automatically rearranged and the reserved operation is executed by inputting the reference code in order of the reception. As such, by installing the display 6 and the driving monitor circuit having safety mechanism at the time of emergency, everybody can easily select the prescribed file tray, the time and labour can be decreased and safety can be improved.</p> |
