Safety device for doors of pressurised containers

The invention relates to the safety of use of pressurised containers. A bolt 16 is engaged in a clasp 25 and is controlled by a crank 14 integral with a rotating handle 13 and a link 15. A piston 23 pushed by the internal vapour pressure initially immobilises the crank 14. After a pressure drop, the handle is turned in the direction of the arrow in order to partially release the bolt 16 with conical end and to allow the residual vapour to escape over the perimeter of the door. A claw 19 retains the crank 14 via its tooth 17. A reverse movement of the handle enables the spring 20 to release the crank 14 from the claw 19 and a further rotation of the handle in the first direction entirely releases the bolt.
