A haemostatic compressive dressing essentially comprising, in its structure, a body (2) of suitable rigidity, dimensions and shape to exert a compressive action on the point, wound or haemorrhage zone, without blocking off the blood channel or channels in question, allowing the blood to circulate freely therein, it being possible for this body (2) to be associated with a strip (1) and itself serving as a support for a layer (3) of a haemostatic and/or cicatrising material which is non-adhesive and has an action which prevents reactivation of haemorrhaging. <IMAGE>
