发明名称 PERIPHERAL EDGE CHAMFERING MACHINE FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the positioning of a printed circuit board as well as to make its handling ever so easy, by forming the PCB so as to make it locatable easily in utilizing a gravity action. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 12 is held by a nip-holding mechanism 28 in between and uplifted as far as the specified height in a vertical direction of a roller conveyor 10. Afterward, the PCB12 is rotated by 90 deg. in the specified direction within a vertical plane inclusive of the roller conveyor 10. Next, the PCB12 is released and separated from the mechanism 28, then it is dropped down on rollers 16 owing to a gravity action and placed thereon. After that, this motion is repeatedly carried out in regular sequence whereby each peripheral edge surface around the PCB12 is chamfered.
