PURPOSE:To deenergize a circuit section carrying out constant voltage control, to enhance the safety of a battery, by setting the constant voltage output circuit section of a constant voltage circuit for carrying out the constant voltage control of a flashing control circuit, in a high impedance condition when a turn signal indicating switch is opened. CONSTITUTION:When a turn signal switch 14 is opened, transistors 65, 68 are turned off, and a transistor 69 is also turned off. Since the transistor 69 is deenergized, transistors 98, 71, 72 are all turned off so that a high impedance condition is set up between the emitter and collector of a transistor 73, and therefore, current to all circuits connected to the emitter circuit of the transistor 73 is completely cut off. Thereby, current is fed only to a first constant voltage circuit 18, a first comparing circuit 17 and a flushing operation control circuit 19, and therefore, it is possible to save electrical consumption power. |
