PURPOSE:To simplify operation by supplying plural external electric power sources to each circuit and controlling on/off of all other power sources by operating on/off of one external power source. CONSTITUTION:When voltage of the first power source supplied to an input terminal falls at a time t5, voltage of an output terminal 4 falls. By lowering of voltage of the input terminal 1, charge of a capacitor C2 is discharged through a diode D, and voltage of the capacitor C2 lowers rapidly from a time t6. Consequently, a transistor 11 is made off, and at the same time, an FET8 is also made off and voltage of an output terminal 5 falls from a time t7. By this fall of voltage, the voltage of a capacitor C1 is lowered rapidly. Consequently, the first power source between the input terminal 1 and output terminal 4 can be made off surely. At the same time, a transistor 12 is made off, and an FET9 is also made off and the voltage of an output terminal 6 falls. Thus, voltage of each power source can be made off in prescribed sequence by simply making the first power source off, and circuit configuration and operation can be made simple. |
