<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency of a line by moving magazines, on which objects are placed one for another, between processing machines with a plurality of such magazines treated as a unit, by performing automatic supply of objects and accommodation of exhausted ones, and thereby allowing other than one, which is stopped for die replacement, to continue in serivce. CONSTITUTION:A plate as material is taken out of a material stocker by a material loading device 9 to be loaded on a magazine 1. The magazine is set on an auto. lifter of a processing machine 3 to assume No.1 process, and the processing shall be started. When all processes to the plate in the magazine 1 being set, the magazine shall be replaced by a new one on which loading is made previously, or by a magazine in stand-by with its foregoing processes all complated in the case of a processing machine to assume No.2 process and thereafter, and then processes shall proceed one magazine after another. When the processing machine NC Shear 7 as final process is attained, the plate is cut off and transported to a semi-completed product exhaust part 11, and the emptied magazine is returned to its specified stand-by position 12. Accordingly the magazine functions as a buffer station, so that the whole line is not required to stop, which assures effective management of the system.</p> |
