PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to improve a bit error rate by utilizing an error check code added to a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminal 1 is detected for the amount of error generation at that time while the cause to error rate deterioration is changed little by little based on the error check code from the output identified from a level identification circuit 12. When an optimum point where the error generation amount is minimized is found out, a comparing control circuit 18 reads the control variable at that time from a memory 19, feeds it to a circuit under adjustment being an object via a control data generating circuit 20 and a gate circuit 21 to set finally the cause of bit error rate deterioration to the optimum state. |
