<p>PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance of ordered condition of wire when a coil is pressurized, by forming an external insulation paper with a plurality of interlayer papers. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 is formed by winding wire 3 to a core 2 through interlayer papers 4, the sectional area is reduced by applying external forces X and Y in the direction at a right angle to the axial center of coil 1 and a coil length is shortened by applying external pressure Z in the direction parallel to the axial center. The external insulation paper 8 is composed of a plurality of interlayer insulation papers. When the coil having such insulation papers 8 is pressurized with a pressurizing force Z, the papers 4, 8 are bent from the waste and ordered wire is not disturbed.</p> |
