PURPOSE:To prevent a movable element from reversely rotating upon stopping of a motor and as well to prevent generation of noise, by providing a ratchet type reverse-rotation preventing mechanism between a stationary part and a rotary part in a closed container. CONSTITUTION:A reverse-rotation preventing mechanism 174 between a balance weight 173 projected from the top end of a rotor 170 and a frame 173, has a stopper rod 176 which is slidably disposed in a bottomed hole 175 formed in the inner surface of the balance weight 173 in the direction toward the rotating axis center line. Further, a spring 177 for applying downward force to the rod 176 in order to urge the rod 177 to project from the bottomed hole 175, is disposed between the rod 176 and the inner bottom wall surface of the bottomed hole 175. Further, the outer surface of the frame 102 onto which the front end of the rod 176 is slidably contancted, is formed therein with a pawl-shape notch 178. |
