PURPOSE:To safely and surely stop the driving of a shifting operating section at the time of occurrence of abnormality caused by an external interference, by sending out a drive stopping signal to the driving source when a prescribed condition is satisfied. CONSTITUTION:The velocity difference DELTAV between the velocity command value VO of a shifting operating section given to a feedback system 6 and a velocity feedback value FBV detected from the feedback system 6 is compared with a previously fixed set value DELTAVO. When the velocity difference DELTAV between the velocity command value VO and velocity feedback value FBV exceeds the set value DELTAVO with frequency of more than a prescribed value M within a prescribed time T, a stop signal I is sent out to the driving sources 8 and 9 of the feedback system 6. Therefore, the driving of the shifting operating section can be stopped safely and surely when abnormality occurs due to an external interference. |
