PURPOSE:To prepare a foamed resin body at normal temperature by composing it of ultraviolet-setting resin containing innumerable foams in the inner part. CONSTITUTION:Plastic film condensers 2 are stored in the airtight container 1 and the surface of each of them 2 is coated with ultraviolet-setting resin 3. An ultraviolet lamp 5 is equipped outside the airtight container 1. When the expansion of the ultraviolet-setting resin 3 reaches the desired quantity, ultraviolet rays are irradiated to harden the resin. Therefore, resin can be expanded without mixing foaming agent and a foamed resin body can be obtained at normal temperature. |
