发明名称 THERMAL BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an activation device of thermal battery which activates the battery with an electrical or shock type ignition device by fixing a firing pin to outer terminals of an electrical ignition device and arranging a safety device which is electrically connected through a shear pin which disconnects it if necessary. CONSTITUTION:A shear pin 9 is cut when 140G or more of shock is applied, and a firing pin 8 naturally falls within a holder 13 and striks a shock type ignition type device to ignite. A flame ignites heating agent 1 in each layer through a fire conducting hole to activate a battery. When such shock is not available, a shock bar is inserted into a shock bar hole 12 and struk with a hammer. The firing pin 8 cuts the shear pin 9 and the shock type ignition device is operated. When an electrical ignition device is used, a finger is inserted into a pulling out ring 10 and the shear pin 9 is pulled out and a conductive lead 11 is disconnected, then outer power source is connected to ignition device outer terminals 6' and 6'', and current of 300mA is introduced for 10ms. An electrical ignition device is ignited and exposed part of heating agent is burned at first, then the battery is activated.
