PURPOSE:To provide a highly processable elastic tape having a coarseness of 0.2-3mu on one side and 5-40mu on the other side by coating on a mold parting paper polyurethane polymer containing fine particles having an apparent diameter of 5-80mu, and cutting and parting the polymer after curing under a dried condition. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder of aluminium stearate having an apparent diameter of 5-80mu is added to a polymer solution prepared by dissolving polyurethane polymer in e.g. dimethylformamide to prepare a coating solution. Then this coating solution is coated on a mold parting paper and cured under a dried condition. After this procedure, the film is stripped off the mold parting paper, and cut by a cutter. Thus it is made possible to obtain a highly workable elastic tape having a surfacial coarseness of 0.2-3mu on one side and 5-40mu on the other side. |
