PURPOSE:To separate and analyze thoroughly an anticonvulsant in short time by adding tetrahydrofuran into a moving phase. CONSTITUTION:A sample consisting of eight kinds of components; ethosuccinimide, purimidone, phenobarbital, diphenylhydantoin, carbazepine, nitrazebam, chromazebam and diazepam is prepd. as a sample contg. an anticonvulsant and a solvent mixture composed of a mixing ratio of 70 parts of 100mM phosphoric acid buffer soln. (7.0pH), 15 parts of methanol and 15 parts of tetrahydrofuran is used as a moving phase. Analysis is performed by using a high speed liquid chromatograph. As a result, the sepn. and analysis for which about 40min is previously required with the sample not added with tetrahydrofuran as a comparative example are reduced to about 20min with the sample of this method and moreover the result of the analysis in which the above-mentioned eight components are thoroughly separated is obtd. |
