Accumulating packaged goods conveyor having one or more exclusion stations of the type that consists of a conveyor divided into sections, in which each section is driven by an intermediate drive driven by a constantly rotating drive means, which can be switched from a drive position to a free-running position with the aid of a sensor, which projects up into the moving path of the packaged goods. The intention is to provide a conveyor with the greatest possible goods-accumulating capacity combined with a large number of exclusion stations. The exclusion at high speed must be possible. To this end, according to the invention a conveyor section 5, 5', 5'' supported in a pivotal section frame 6 may be used as exclusion station, in which the pivot axis 10 of the section frame is parallel to the conveyor plane, and the section frame 6 with means designed therefor is capable of pivoting into an inclined position, in which the associated conveyor section opens out into an associated height-offset conveyor 11, 11', throughout which the drive connection to the said drive means is either maintained or can be established. <IMAGE>
