PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of a plant by a method wherein hot-water is produced when the sunshine is low while steam is generated when the sunshine is normal, in order to supply them to a load side. CONSTITUTION:Water is circulated in the route of a low temperature valve 2, a heat exchanger 3 and a mixer 4 when the sunshine is low by opening the low temperature valve 2 and closing a high temperature valve 13. Supplementing water 6 receives heat in the heat exchanger 3 and rises and evaporates flon in a flon generator 7 while a turbine 10 is driven by the vapor of flon to generate electricity. When the sunshine is normal, the high temperature valve 13 is opened, the low temperature valve 2 is closed and the water is circulated in the route of first and second steam generators 14, 15, a three-way valve 16 and the mixer 4 while steam is supplied to the heat load 18 and an electricity generating device 19, thereafter, the heat medium is introduced into the heat exchanger 3. |
