发明名称 FIBER LASER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high output by stable amplification of high speed repeating oscillation light by a method wherein the light from an LED is radiated via glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water is passed into a cooling water inlet 8 at a speed of 3.8lt/min, and an excitation lamp 1 is lighted by input of a power of 2kVA from a power source device 11, then 5min after, the LED10 is subjected to repeating oscillation at a center wavelength of 1.06mum, 1kHz. The oscillated output of this LED10 is made incident to the incidence surface 12 of a fiber bundle, and then a laser beam having an amplified output of power 2W is obtained from its radiation surface 13. The fiber bundles 3 and 3' are not fixed but bundled parts 4 and 4'. Only the bundled parts are fixed with heat resisting resin, and the other part is wound around a cylindrical frame 5 in the state of being not fixed, thereby performing sufficient cooling.
