PURPOSE:To ionize a large amount of food or drink in a container, by setting an electrode part in the container of truck, sending it to an electrical insulating stand insulated from the earth, applying high AC voltage to the electrode part. CONSTITUTION:The electrode part 12 clad with metal lines or wire net is set in the inner wall of the container 11, it is connected to the connector 14 by the lead line 13, and connected through the leading wire 27 to the high potential generator 20. The truck 10 having the container 11 packed with food or drink is sent to the electrical insulting stand 30 insulating it from the earth, and high AC voltage is applied to the electrode part 12. |
