PURPOSE:To improve the assembling efficiency by providing an attaching member, which is centered to an objective lens system, on a lens supporting frame of the objective lens system so that this member is projected to the side of the light detecting face of a solid-state image pickup device. CONSTITUTION:The light from an object to be observed in an endoscope device is focused through an objective lens system 2A, and the device is so designed that this focusing position is placed in the position of the rear end of a lens supporting frame 8 approximately by combination of plural lenses. Consequently, in case of assembling of the endoscope, the supporting frame 8 in which the objective lens system 2A is set is fixed into the front end part of an endoscope insertion part 1, and the part of an optical glass 11 projected to the front of a package 10 is inserted from an aperture part in the rear end of the supporting frame 8, thereby fix a solid-state image pickup device 3 in an optimum focusing position in the state where optical axes of the objective lens system 2A and the solid-state image pickup device 3 coincide with each other. |
