PURPOSE:To enhance the binding force between adjacent turns of insulated ribbon type wires by forming a plurality of recesses on the flat surface of the wires and coupling between the flat portions of the adjacent turns with a bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:Recesses 70 are formed by knurling on a ribbon type wires 71 for a voice coil actuator before winding, wound with the wires, and coupled between the flat surfaces of the adjacent turns through a bonding agent. After wound on a core rod so that the edge 71 of the turn is disposed on the same surface, curing is performed. The recess 70 is formed vertically at the edge 71, and formed at the opposite side of the wires 72 at both sides in a waveform. Further, the interval of the recesses 70 is 0.5-7mm., and the depth is preferably approx 0.01mm.. |
