<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a door glass from swinging in the longitudinal direction of a car and jolting, by a method wherein a stopper mechanism, preventing the door glass from movement in the longitudinal direction of a car, is mounted to the resilient contact part of a glass holder with a glass run. CONSTITUTION:A hollow seal lip 16a, extending from a door weather strip 16 secured to a door sash 15, is brought into resilient contact with a central pillar panel 12. A holder guide 20 made of a metal is secured along the inner side of a hard material 17a to the glass run 17 side equivalent to the resilient contact part of the glass run 17 with the glass holder 19 to form a projection 20a. A shoulder parr 19a is formed on the glass 19 side in a position corresponding to the projection 20a in a manner that the shoulder part makes contact with the projection 20a. The shoulder 9a works as a stopper during swing, in the longitudinal direction of a car, of the door glass 18, and this preventes swinging of the glass 18.</p> |
