<p>PURPOSE:To enable the outer diameter of a display element including an installation member to be decreased by providing a case in which a fluorescent lamp is installed with a skirt section which is located around the side of the base of the lamp with a space formed between them and providing said skirt section with connected parts. CONSTITUTION:The skirt section 13 of a case 9 located around the side of a base 6 with a space 12 formed between them, is provided with a pair of connected parts 14 used to attach the case 9 to an installation member 32. The connected parts 14 are located facing each other and have a key-like shape extending up to the end opening of the case 9. They are engaged with the projections 33 of the installation member 32 by rotation. Owing to the above constitution, when a display element is attached to the instattlation member 32, the member 32 is installed in the space 12 formed between the case 9 and the base 6. As a result, there is no possibility that the member 32 is located outside the outer diameter of the display element, thereby enabling the size of the display element to be reduced.</p> |
