PURPOSE:To control the dissolution of copper by disposing a water processing system having a stagnating tank in which basic material is housed with a spacing inbetween in the flow path of feed water piping. CONSTITUTION:A water processing system 20 having stagnating water tanks 12, 12' in which basic material 13, 13' is housed with a spacing inbetween in the flow path of the feed water piping 4'. As the weak acid feed water and the water containing much free carbonic acid and sulfuric acid ion are neutralized and can be used as the neutral water, the dissolution of copper can be controlled. |
