PURPOSE:To stabilize the driving of parts such as expansion nuts and reduce the weight of a driver for them, by providing a locking member to hinder the backward motion of a movable base to keep the driver from being effected by the reaction force of an assembled member. CONSTITUTION:A parts driver A is basically composed of a fixed base 21 secured on the arm of a robot, a movable base 22 mounted movably up and down on the fixed base, a driving member 30 mounted movably up and down on the movable base, a fitting head 40 provided on the tip of the driving member to position and hold an expansion nut, and a locking member 80 for hindering the backward motion of the driving member. As a result, the expansion nut is surely driven and secured in a prescribed position without being affected by the reaction force of an assembled member. The driving of the expansion nut is thus stabilized. |
