There are prepared compounds of the formulae <IMAGE> I <IMAGE> II <IMAGE> III <IMAGE> IV Where R1 is H, lower alkyl S-, <IMAGE> NH2 or halogen, R2 is OH, lower alkyl S-, halogen, NH2 or SH, R is OH, SH, lower alkyl S-, or halogen and R3 is OH, SH, lower alkyl S-, halogen or NH2. The compounds have antiviral and immuno-modulating activity.
