PURPOSE:To improve the operationability by forming linear mainguide groove for guiding the speed change lever movably over a plurality of main operating positions and auxiliary operating positions and an auxiliary guide groove branching from main guide groove in the guide board for the speed change lever. CONSTITUTION:Main operating positions for speed change F1, F3, R1 and F5, F7, R3 are arranged linearly while auxiliary operating positions for achieving accelerated/decelerated speed F2, F4, R2 and F6, F8, R4 are arranged perpendicularly against main operating positions. Linear main guide grooves La, Lb for guiding the speed change lever 18 movable over main and auxiliary operating positions and auxiliary guide grooves Ta, Tb branched from said grooves La, Lb are formed in a guide board 20 for the speed change lever 18. Furthermore, a guide groove W for exchanging the operating region while communicating between main guide grooves La, Lb is formed. |
