PURPOSE:To efficiently perform disposing work for residual paper after reeling and safely separate said residual paper from a reel core by automatically cutting residual paper, attached to the reel core after reeling, by means of a cutter of a disposing machine of residual paper on said core without using an operator. CONSTITUTION:Two receiving rolls 2 are fitted on an internal medium step of a mold and a guide roll 3 is fitted on an upper step of the mold rotatably. A fork cutter 5 is fitted on the underside of the guide roll 3 in such a condition as its cutting edge is directed toward the receiving roll 2 side and also is projected to said side further than a perpendicular passing an axis of the roll 3. Further, a fork shaft 6, with its one side formed as a rotary shaft, is fitted to the outside of the mold, while a phototube is fitted to the back of the roll 3 so as to detect residual paper of the fork shaft 6. When the reel core is separated from the receiving roll 2 and suspended from the guide roll 3 by means of the residual paper, said paper is brought into contact with the fork cutter 5 and cut off. |
