PURPOSE:To obtain a laser oscillator of high output by forming a plurality of slits on the wall of a gas guide inner tube for forming a laser tube, mounting a rotary electrode supported to a gas guide outer tube, rotating the electrode by gas stream, and flowing the gas by a blade provided thereat into the laser tube. CONSTITUTION:A full-reflecting mirror 2 is mounted on one end of a guide inner tube 5 for forming a laser tube 1, and a plurality of slits 50 are opened at the tubular wall of gas flowing side. Then, a rotary electrode 61 is disposed near the upstream of the slots 50 through a rotary bearing 62 to mount a gas guide outer tube 4, an electrode 61 is rotated by the flowing gas stream, and the gas is flowed by using the blade 63 provided at the electrode through the slits 50 into the inner tube 5. Thus, the gas flow distribution is formed uniformly to increase the current threshold moved to an arc discharge from a flow discharge, thereby increasing the medium gas throwing electric power to increase the power per unit volume. |
