FIELD: physics; radio. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in pulsed radar for detecting and classifying targets according to their attributes, lying in the zone of unambiguous or in the zone of ambiguous measurement of range of a radar station, as well as for providing unambiguous measurement of distance to targets, lying in the zone of ambiguous measurement. The proposed device contains a main detection channel, criteria processing channel, two AND logic elements, inversion logic circuit, read-only memory device for storing corrections to the measured distance, an arithmetic logic unit, a read-only memory device for storing data. Two AND logic elements and the inversion logic circuit are combined in a unit for logic circuits. The technical outcome is not only detection and classification of targets, but elimination of ambiguous measurements of distance to targets, lying outside the zone of unambiguous range measurement of the radar station, which increases accuracy of the process of detecting targets and widens the coverage area of the radar station. ^ EFFECT: simplification and more reliable process of detecting targets and widening of the coverage area of the radar station. ^ 3 dwg |
