<p>PURPOSE:To prevent influences of transmission delay due to a data way and a transmission load state by performing the data scan processing with a data scan distributed processor and allowing a CPU to only indicate condition setting start and end of scan. CONSTITUTION:When a scan start sensor signal SB is interrupted to a CPU7 and is inputted to a tracking validity discriminating part 14 in the CPU7, it is discriminatd whether this signal is valid or not; and if it is valid, a scan start command SCO is outputted to a data scan distributed processor 23 together with a scan condition SCD. The processor 23 starts a certain pitch interrupt timer 8, and the processor 23 repeats the read-in processing of process data PD to a read-in processing part 17 each time when a timer interrupt signal TD is received at intervals of a certain pitch. If the CPU7 is interrupted by a scan end sensor signal SE and this signal is valid, the CPU7 outputs a scan stop command SCM. The processor 23 concludes the data gathering processing of a certain pitch through a scan terminating part 19. Thereafter, data is subjected to editing processing in a data editing processing part 21.</p> |
