PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform safe and perfect fixed washing by a simple constitution even though steam is used as washing liquid, by providing washing paths penetrating through a housing and a back lid so that the paths are opened in the vicinities of an inlet port and an outlet port of a measuring chamber. CONSTITUTION:A back lid 2 is fixed to a housing 1 by screws. Rotors 3, which are intermeshed and rotated, are pivoted on the shaft 31 in a measuring chamber 6. Washing paths 9 and 9 are provided in the housing 1 and opened in the vicinities of an inlet port 61 and an outlet port 62 of the measuring chamber 6. Washing pathes 10 and 11 are provided at the positions facing said openings. Therefore, washing liquid flows through valves 15, 13 and 14. After the washing in the measuring chamber 6, the liquid is discharged through a valve 16. In this method, the rotor 3 is not operated at an excessive speed even though steam is used as the washing liquid, and the safe and perfect fixed washing can be performed. |
