PURPOSE:To prevent an injection amount from being rapidly changed by providing a device for delaying the movement of the spill ring when acceleration is rapidly changed, on a lever for adjusting the position of the spill ring which sets the amount of fuel injection. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting lever 37 is fixed on a tension lever for adjusting the position of a spill ring for setting an injection amount by releasing fuel forcedly fed into a cylinder, and an actuator 39 is coupled to the adjusting lever 37. When rapidly operating the adjusting lever 31 via an acceleration pedal, the adjusting lever 37 is prevented from rotating anticlockwise by a dashpot of the actuator 39, and gradually rotated. Thus, the amount of fuel injection at rapid acceleration/deceleration operation can be prevented from being rapidly changed. |
