PURPOSE:To enable to freely convert the axial direction by altering the direction of a magnetic moment by providing a sheath rigid unit on which a plurality sets of coils are symmetrically disposed, and an inner rigid unit disposed in a magnetic field and coupling the two through coupling means. CONSTITUTION:A sheath rigid unit 210 of box shape for holding electromagnetic coils 201 and 202, 203 and 204, 205 and 206 of pairs for generating magnetic fields, an inner rigid unit 207 of rotor shape formed by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, an a rockable shaft 209 for producing a displacement of the direction through the unit 207 are provided. The unit 207 is disposed substantially at the center of the unit 210 so that the unit 207 can be converted axially freely. For example, it is connected to a shaft 212 through coupling member 211 such as an universal joint, and the shaft 212 is secured to the unit 210. Thus, the internal rigid unit and the shaft can be freely inclined in the prescribed direction. |
