PURPOSE:To enable to grasp the cause of a trouble easily, when inputted trouble information is different from the state of stored trouble information by sending this to a deciding section and making decision according to a deciding pattern of a deciding pattern generating section. CONSTITUTION:Trouble information detected from various apparatus is inputted to a status change detecting section 32. The section 32 compares the state of trouble information stored in a memory section 33 with the state of trouble information inputted this time. When the states are different, it is judged that there is change of the state, and outputted to a deciding section 34, and at the same time, trouble information stored in the memory section 33 is replaced with the state of inputted trouble information. When data are inputted from the detecting section 32, the deciding section 34 reads a deciding pattern from a deciding pattern generating section 35 and makes decision using inputted trouble information. When function is stopped as the result of decision, the result of decision is outputted. |
